Where is your HomeShop located?

Do you provide Pre-order for a certain item?
Right now, we are not provide any preorder due to Covid-19 restriction shipment to Brunei. But in the future, we will provide pre-order online for future releases. So make sure to subscribe to get our latest news.
How long can i store my order?
Due to limited space for storing customer orders, maximum time for pickup is 2 weeks, contact us via email at Shobbytech@outlook.com or whatsapp at +6738280771 if you have a special reason. If customer fail to provide any reason for no payment or no pickup within 2weeks, the order will be cancel without any refund as a "no show or fraud order".
Are the products online In-stock or Pre-order items?
The products which are invisible online are in-stock, if they disappeared meaning they are already Out of stock or Sold Out.
Can you deliver to a MP(Meet Point)?
We can only provide Selfpickup at our homeshop or Delivery via Brunei Postal Service.
Do you ship order outside Brunei (International Shipment)?
We are currently sending to Malaysia and Singapore for trial.
I don`t know how to order online, can i still buy at the shop without taking order online?
Yes, walk-in order is allow during opening hours.
How can i make the payment?
Our payment option if you choose standard delivery, payment can only be made via BIBD online transaction & follow-up with a screenshot of transaction sent via whatsapp. For selfpickup, payment can be made via Cash, BIBD online transaction & BIBD Quickpay.
I don`t have BIBD account, what payment option can I use?
For those who doesn`t have BIBD account, payment transfer can made via BIBD CDM(Cash Deposit Machine) which doesn`t request a card to use.
